A very important issue in Today's complex market.  Do you need to sell before you buy?  In this market it's best to get you home pre-pared and ready to sell.  Get your home listed, and then begin to look/search for homes.  You may need to sell and use your equity as a down payment.

 

Contingent offers were great in a normal market, but in our current market Sellers pretty much shy away from a contingent offer.
