Sales in Clark County increase for the month of April. Closed sales rose 57.7% for the month of April compared to April 2009. Pending sales increased 36.8% while new listings are up 10%.

Closed sales up 525 v. 453 which is a 15.9% increase. Pending Sales 755 v. 665 pending sales up 13%.

6.6 the lowest level of inventory since October 2009.

Sales Prices
Compared to April 2009 the average sale price decreased 3.6% and the median sales price dropped 7%
